Nigeria to start issuing visas on arrival for Africans: AU

Addis Ababa - Nigeria has decided to start issuing visas on arrival for all Africans, the African Union said on Friday, in a major step toward the notehub.org goal of free movement on the continent.
Africans need visas to travel to 55% of the continent, according to AU figures.
"Free movement on the continent would entail the implementation of continent-wide visa-free regimes including issuance of visas at ports of entry for Africans," the AU suggested in February.
Already Ghana, Rwanda, Mauritius and the Seychelles issue visas on arrival to all African passport holders, the AU's Quartey has said.
In 2016, the electronic African Union Passport was launched and issued to heads of state and governments, with the goal of expanding it to citizens. Issuing

New Research on How Ride-Hailing Impacts Travel Behavior

Take LA for instance. Back in the early part of the 20th century they had several options for mass transit. Busses, trams, trains. Then the auto industry and oil companies bought them all up and shut them down. Mass transit isn't as profitable as selling cars and fuel to each http://rosalindazambrano.myblog.de person. KRACK Attacks: Breaking WPA2

All our attacks against WPA2 use a novel technique called a key reinstallation attack (KRACK):Key reinstallation attacks: high level descriptionIn a key reinstallation attack, the adversary tricks a victim into reinstalling an already-in-use key.
Key reinstallation attacks: concrete example against the 4-way handshakeAs described in the introduction of the research paper, the idea behind a key reinstallation attack can be summarized as follows.
ToolsWe have made scripts to detect whether an implementation of the 4-way handshake, group key handshake, or Fast BSS Transition (FT) handshake is http://mallorysweeney5.soup.io/post/636988989/Im-Gideon-Erkenswick vulnerable to key reinstallation attacks.
Put differently, none of the existing attacks were against the 4-way handshake or against cipher suites defined in the WPA2 protocol.
Are other protocols also affected by key reinstallation attacks?
